Sweet Chinese rolls
Ingredients:
Yeast (dry) — 1 tablespoon.
Egg — 1 piece
Sugar — 1 stak.
Flour (approximately) — 3 stak.
Water — 1 stak.
Jam (any) — 100-150 g
Berry syrup (or fruit) — 1 tablespoon.
Preparation:
- In warm water to dissolve yeast, to add egg and sugar.
- To add flour and to knead dough. It will turn out soft and elastic.
- To leave dough in warm place for 1-1,5 hours for rise.
- To roll dough as it is possible is thinner in layer.
- To grease layer surface with jam.
- To curtail layer into roll.
- To cut roll on slices.
- To create rolls in the form of leg-base crabmeats, to grease with syrup and to allow dough to rise once again.
- To powder with sesame.
- To steam at strong boiling of 25-30 minutes. Under cover!
