Very gentle and tasty Romanoff potatoes
Original, nourishing garnish from potatoes baked in sour cream, with onions and ruddy cheese crust...
Ingredients:
- (small cut) cleared and rubbed on large grater - potatoes - 1 kg
- small cut onions - 1 piece.
- grated cheese cheddar - 300 g
- sour cream - 1,5 glasses
- salt and svezhemoloty black pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. In big bowl to mix potatoes, onions, cheese (to postpone 1/4 part), salt and svezhemoloty black pepper. To add sour cream and accurately to mix.
2. (One big or 4-6 small) to oil form for roasting. To spread out potato mix, without leveling surface. 3. To strew with the remained cheese and to bake in oven at 180 degrees within 25-30 min., till golden color.
