Pie Strawberry

Ingredients:

For dough:
- 1.5 glass of wheat flour,
- 100 g of desi,
- 1 glass of granulated sugar,
- 1\2 glasses of sour cream,
- 1 h. soda spoon
- 3-4 eggs (3 if large, respectively 4 - if small)
For stuffing:
- 800-900 g is fresher than some strawberry,
- 2 glasses of sour cream,
- 1 glass of icing sugar.

Preparation:

1. We separate the yolks from the whites. Yolks it is shaken up with sugar, then we add sour cream, the kindled oil.
2. We mix the mixer. We add the flour mixed with soda. Once again we mix.
3. We beat whites and accurately mixing it is rubbed into dough.
4. We oil split mold, we spread dough and we bake in the oven about 40 minutes warmed to 180-190 degrees.
5. We fill up strawberry with 2-3 spoons of granulated sugar and we leave approximately for half an hour that berries have given juice.
6. We take out basis and it is accurately cut on two cake layers.
7. We impregnate each cake layer with juice from strawberry.
8. On the lower cake layer we spread strawberry. Big berries it is cut on halves.
9. We shake up sour cream with icing sugar and the received cream we fill in strawberry.
10. We cover with the second korzhy - from above the remained sour cream and powder. We decorate with berries.
11. We allow to become impregnated for an hour or two (better in the refrigerator).

For biscuit:
- 4 eggs;
- 200 g of flour;

For stuffing:
- 200 g of cream (33%);
- thickener for cream (on 200 g 1 bag);
- banana, strawberry;
- coconut and chocolate flakes for ornament.

Cream it is shaken up within 1 minute, then we add thickener, we shake up before solidification. Strawberry and banana it is added to taste. We decorate with coconut, almond or chocolate flakes as it is pleasant to whom more!

Ingredients:

For shortcake dough:

- 500-700 g of strawberry or other fruit,
- 100 g are swept away,
- 2 tablespoons of icing sugar,
- 100 g of white chocolate,
- 400 g of cream with sugar,
- 2 bags of thickener for cream.

For ornament:
- fresh strawberry,
- other fruit to taste,
- chopped almonds.

Preparation:

We prepare shortcake dough. All ingredients it is integrated. We wrap dough in foil and we put for hour per the refrigerator. Then we roll dough in the form with a diameter of 26 cm greased with fat and we bake at temperature of 200 degrees about 15 minutes. The baked cake layer is taken out and we allow it to cool down.

We cook basis dough. Eggs it is divided. Whites it is beaten to condition of snow and in minute we add a little sugar. When proteins thicken, gradually we implicate other sugar. Yolks it is added to the whites on one with interval about a minute, continuing to shake up. Flour, starch and baking powder it is integrated and by means of beater we implicate in proteins. (Cookery masterpieces). At the end we add the kindled oil. We spread dough in the form with a diameter of 26 cm greased with fat or covered by paper, and we bake at temperature of 180 degrees about 25-30 minutes. Then accurately we get from form, we allow to cool down and we cut horizontally on two cake layers.

We prepare stuffing. We crush strawberry together with icing sugar. We heat sour cream in kastryulka, we add to it the crumbled white chocolate and we kindle. We implicate strawberry puree. Cream it is shaken up together with thickener for cream. We implicate strawberry weight in cream in the small portions.

Then we grease sand cake layer with jam and from above we put one cake layer of basis on it. (Two stuck together by jam and the remained basis cake layer) we wrap all three cake layers in foil or film and we leave for night.

To make such pie quickly and simply, after all we should bake only one cake layer which consists of chocolate basis and coconut meringue.
It is for this purpose best of all to use baking sheet on which size height of two-layer cake layer depends.

Ingredients:

- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g sl. oils
- 2 vitelluses
- 3 tbsps of cocoa powder
- 2 tsps of baking powder
- ? tsps of baking soda
- 5 tbsps are swept away

For meringue
- 5 egg whites
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 tbsps of starch
- 160 g of coconut flakes

Preparation:

We warm oven to 180 degrees.
We dim baking tray cookery parchment paper.
Butter, sour cream, yolks have to be room temperature.

We mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, sugar. We add sour cream, yolks and the softened desi. Everything is shaken well up by the mixer. Dough on consistence has to turn out - as dense sour cream. We spread dough on baking tray. We level.

For meringue we beat whites with salt pinch. By small portions it is added icing sugar, continuing to shake up to dense foam. Into protein whips it is gradually poured coconut flakes, starch (that meringue has turned out more densely), accurately we mix. We put whites with coconut flakes over chocolate dough. We level.
We send pie to the oven heated to 180C for 40-45 minutes. Meringue has to be gilded, and basis from cocoa it is good to rise.
The cake layer is cooled, we cut on two parts. We coat cake layers with cream. Cream can be made any – to shake up sour cream, either to shake up cream, or to make scalded (of the remained yolks). We decorate pie to the taste and the imagination.

Ingredients:

- Egg - 6 pieces.
- Sugar - 6 tbsps.
- Cottage cheese fat-20% - 750 g.
- Ready biscuit cake layers - 2 pieces.
- Gelatin - 3 tbsps.
- Grated chocolate for powder

Preparation:

Step 1 we Separate the yolks from the whites, we shake up yolks with sugar before education by homogeneous dense foam of weight.
The step 2 Cottage cheese is wiped through sieve and we add it to yolk and sugar weight, we mix.
The step 3 Whites is beaten before formation of dense stable foam and accurately entered into curds.

Ingredients:

For biscuit:
5 eggs
125 g of the crushed walnuts
140 g of flour
200 g of sugar
120 ml of milk
1 tbsps of olive oil

For ganash:
100 g of bitter chocolate
140 ml of cream fat content of 20-22%

bank of boiled condensed milk (400 g)

Preparation:

Proteins it is separated from yolks. Yolks it is shaken up with oil and milk, we add flour and nuts, we mix to uniformity.

Whites it is beaten with sugar in strong foam.

Now we need to connect 2 mixes. We put in bowl with proteins half of dough and it is accurately stirred by the movements from below up. Then we add the remains and again we stir.

We oil form (I have 21 cm) and we spread in it dough. We bake in the oven warmed to 160 degrees within 1 hour. we allow to cool down 10 minutes in open oven, we shift to lattice and completely we cool.

We cut cake layer lengthways on 2 parts. We put one on dish and we grease with layer of boiled condensed milk. We cover with the second half.

We prepare ganash. Cream it is brought to the boil and we remove from fire. Chocolate is broken on small slices, we put in cream and we stir until chocolate thaws.

We water pie the ganashy. From above it is possible to strew with the cut nuts. We allow pie to stand hour 4 in the refrigerator.

For cake layers:
Puff dough - 1 kg
For cream:
Cream of 33% of fat content - 250 gr
The Turkish yogurt - 250 gr

Strawberry - 300 gr

Preparation:
To roll the defrozen puff pastry, to cut off in plate form.
To bake each cake layer in oven at 220 °C of 15 minutes, till golden color.

We cut strawberry, we fill up 1 tbsp of icing sugar. Strawberry has to give juice.
To shake up cream with the remained icing sugar before solidification.
To add to cream yogurt, juice from strawberry. To mix.
Forming of pie:
We take cake layer, we grease 1 tbsp of cream, we spread from above strawberry. From above we spread still cake layer.
We make the same procedure with other cake layers.
On ready pie it is spread from above the remained cream and strawberry.

Ingredients:

sour cream — 500 g.
biscuit — 300 g.
