Lasagna
The lasagna is dish of Italian cuisine. The word lasagna comes from Greek and means hot plates. This dish quite simply prepares, it will require forcemeat, tomatoes, plates for lasagna and the Bechamel sauce.

Ingredients:
- Forcemeat – 1 kg.
- Plates for lasagna – 8 pieces.
- Cheese – 250 gr.
- The Bechamel sauce – 900 gr.
- Tomatoes – 2 pieces.
- Onions – 2 averages of the size.
- Garlic – 4 cloves.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
Preparation:
To clean and small to cut onions.
To clean and cut garlic or to crush chesnokodavilka.

To fry onions to transparency.

To add the kneaded tomatoes and to fry without cover of 10 — 15 more minutes, so that excess liquid was evaporated. Liquid should not be too much and at the same time forcemeat should not turn out dry. To remove from fire and to add seasonings and the second part of garlic.
That the lasagna has turned out gentle, sheets need to be boiled within 2 minutes in the added some salt water that sheets did not stick together when cooking, it is possible to add vegetable oil of 2 tbsps. It is better to boil them separately to avoid adhesion, it is also possible to add to water of a little sunflower oil that sheets did not stick together.

To bake in oven at temperature 170zs 40 minutes. In 10 minutes prior to readiness to strew with grated cheese.
