This baked pudding — ideal find for fans of cheesecakes without flour and without oil. Its taste such as I love — absolutely cottage cheese, without any impurity. In the recipe there is cottage cheese, eggs and condensed milk.
1. We warm oven to 180 degrees.
We shake up cottage cheese and eggs. I used the manual blender, conveniently and quickly, but it is possible also the ordinary mixer. Cottage cheese is suitable for this baked pudding to any fat content, on your discretion.
2. We add condensed milk). It is again shaken well up, weight has to turn out homogeneous. Define amount of condensed milk on the taste, it is possible to add it parts not to put too much sugar.
3. We oil formochka (better creamy), we spread in them curds. We send to oven for 50-60 minutes. Depends on your oven and the size of form.
4. All! Baked pudding is ready. During baking baked pudding will strongly rise but as soon as take out it from oven, it will settle. It is necessary to wait a little that it has cooled down, then baked pudding will become more dense.
