Super magnificent cake on kefir
Ingredients:
- 2 glasses of flour
- 1 glass of kefir
- 1 glass of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 glasses of flavourless sunflower oil
- 1,5 teaspoons of baking powder
- about 2/3 glasses of nuts
For shtreyzelya:
- 50 g of margarine or desi
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- about 1/2 glasses of flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
Preparation:
For preparation shtreyzelya to connect the kindled margarine, flour, sugar and cocoa.
To stir fork before formation of crumb - shtreyzelya.
For preparation of kefiric dough for cake to shake up eggs with sugar.
Then to add kefir, flour with baking powder and vegetable oil, to mix and to shake up a little.
To add nuts to dough and to mix.
To shift dough for cake on kefir with the mixed nutlets in silicone form or any other greased baking pan and to strew from above shtreyzel.
To bake in oven at 180-200 degrees about 40-45 minutes, but time very much depends on properties of oven and type of form! Cake rises approximately by 1,5 - 2 times.
