I, apparently, treat those mothers who are mad about various and versatile food of the molyshchy. And cutlets is edematous way push all in my opinion useful and necessary

It is required to us
1 chicken fillet + as much veal
half of small carrot (or part of carrots + part of cabbage)
half of bulb
2-3 Art. of l of cottage cheese

2 Art. of l of cream or melted butter
salt, pepper

We will prepare cutlets, having mixed chicken and veal forcemeat, but it is possible to prepare completely from the chicken.
It is also possible to replace part of carrot with cabbage, it will turn out is more juicy.
It is also possible to add slice of the bread soaked in milk, but on my taste, in chicken cutlets bread superfluous.
In bowl of the blender we crush fillet and veal.
We rub on grater carrots, onions, we add to forcemeat and once again we crush the blender.
We add salt, pepper, cream, we mix.
We create small cutlets. I, knowing about Semyon's love to food of oblong form I do also cutlets in shape sosisochek, he eats them more willingly as it is more convenient to keep such oblong cutlets in the handle

We pour olive or any vegetable oil in the crock-pot, we warm the crock-pot within 4-5 min.
We put cutlets. We close the crock-pot.
In 7 minutes we overturn on other party and we wait even minutes 7-10.
It is ready!
p.s. if are going to give cutlets to any dry garnish - rice, vermicelli, at the end of preparation, add floor of glass of cream or 3-4 spoons are swept away + 1 ch.l torments + a little salt and warm up cutlets in sauce.

Zraz to children Cheerful hedgehogs

Ingredients:

cutlet forcemeat + stuffing stuffed egg

Preparation:

Zrazas can be cooked with different stuffings.
In this recipe we will prepare the zraz filled with stuffed eggs.
Let's cook eggs in the abrupt and, having cut them in half, we will choose from them yolks.

Now we do armor.
We will cut sandwich-type or any other cheese strips and reticulum we will lay on cutlet.

Yolks it is kneaded by fork, we add to them grated cheese, grated boiled carrots, the crushed garlic, it is a little sour cream (or mayonnaise) and we add some salt to taste.
We fill with this mix halves of egg whites.

In pairs we connect the halves of proteins filled with mix - at us stuffed eggs have turned out.

We cook usual meat cutlet forcemeat with onions, salt, pepper and the bread soaked in water (but not in milk - about it see at the end of the recipe).
Properly we mash forcemeat before obtaining plastic weight. Then forcemeat should be beaten out a little, skatyvy it and with force throwing into sphere about table (time 10-15) - the beaten-out forcemeat cutlets more juicy.
We take slice of forcemeat and we knead it in the small flat cake, sufficient to inwrap in it egg.
We roll up egg in forcemeat, we give to zraza a little oblong form and slightly we roll in the stirred-up egg.

We extend muzzle to future hedgehog a little and we insert eyes and nose or from black pepper, or cut out from butterdish or from gorbushechka of black bread.
Nose is raised a little up that the hedgehog has not turned out angry, absorbed in the earth.
We insert into hedgehogs of needle from vermishelek.
Small children already on plateau should pull out and put these vermishelk nearby.
To children crisp vermishelk very much are more senior are pleasant, and they crackle them, as croutons.

Hedgehogs are ready to be shipped to oven.

We spread ready hedgehogs on garnish and at once we give to table.
Zraz turns out beautiful on section and very juicy at the expense of the melted stuffing from cheese and sour cream (mayonnaise).

Ingredients:

1. Crabsticks - 200gr
2. Any hard cheese - 150gr
3. Garlic - 1dolka
4. Eggs - 2-3sht

Preparation:

For a start we will crush crabsticks in shaving. It is easier to make it when they still the frozen

Further to this weight to add cheese, grated on large grater, and eggs

We add also the garlic passed through press. Everything is carefully mixed and we mold from the received mass of cutlet. We roll them in flour. We fry cutlets on vegetable oil on average fire before formation of ruddy crust from two parties.

Ingredients:
Forcemeat — 500 gr (I have pork - beef)
Onions — 1 piece.
Potato — 1 piece.
Bread — 2 slices
Milk — 5 tbsps.
Egg — 1 piece.
Spices
For stuffing:
Ham — 100 gr.
Mushrooms — 100 gr.

Preparation:
Mushrooms and ham it is small cut. Mushrooms it is fried on frying pan and at the end we add ham.

We do usual forcemeat for cutlets, i.e. onions are grated, the grain crumb is soaked in milk, we grate potato on the smallest grater in mashed potatoes, we add forcemeat and we break egg, spices to taste. We mix everything.

Now we take forcemeat spoon and we roll it on palm in pancake, in core we put stuffing and we close edges, creating cutlet. At me it was impossible to make on hand of such size pancake and I simply from above on stuffing laid down not many forcemeat and everything already fastened. We envelop the received cutlet in flour, then in egg and in bread crumbs. We fry to readiness on frying pan.
