Beef with cheese in sour cream.
Ingredients (for 4 portions):
800 g of beef sirloin
100 g of cheese
100 g are swept away
spices
salt.
Preparation:
1. To cut meat with portion slices, to beat off, fry on the heated frying pan (or to bake in oven).
2. To grate cheese on large grater, to add sour cream.
3. To fill in the fried slices with sour cream with cheese, to extinguish a little. Very tasty and quickly!
