Most Tasty salad

Ingredients:

- 0,5kg. beef
- 3-4 fresh tomatoes
- 2-3 pickles
- 3-4 potatoes
- 150gr. cheese
- mayonnaise
- parsley bunch
- salt, pepper

Preparation:

To cook beef in the added some salt water 1,5-2 hours that was soft.
To boil potatoes.
We cut everything in cubes and we spread layers:
beef, potatoes, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, cucumbers, cheese, mayonnaise, tomatoes, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, there is some cheese and chopped parsley!

It is possible, actually, in any order!
Or even at once to mix if there is salad gather at once!
I prefer it to leave layers, - is so best of all stored!

Ingredients:

— boiled meat (it is desirable beef)
— 2-3 marinated cucumbers (it is possible salty)
— 1 carrots
— 1 bulb
— 100 gr. walnuts
— plums. oil and mayonnaise

Preparation:

To cut meat and cucumbers with cubes. To fry onions with carrots on plums. oil. To crush nuts — to rub through large grater. All ingredients to mix and dress with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 eggs
- 2-3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 smoked chicken quarter
- 1 bulb
- 1 can of corn
- mayonnaise

1. To cut onions with half rings, to pickle with sting. From crude eggs and milk to bake thin pancakes.
2. To cool, cut with straws.
3. To cut ham with straws, to add corn, to salt, dress with mayonnaise.

Appetite pleasant to you!

Ingredients:

- marinated or smoked (but not salty) herring - 450 g,
- potato of boiled 2 pieces,
- carrots of boiled 2 pieces,
- beet boiled large 1 piece,
- eggs boiled 2 pieces,
- honey agarics in Korean 100-150g,
- large bulb - 1 piece,
- mayonnaise - 250g,
- salt of 1 tsp.
- sugar, 1 tsp.
- mustard (sharp) 1 tsp,
- apple cider vinegar 0,5 glasses.

Preparation:

1. To pickle melkonarezanny onions in the apple cider vinegar diluted with 1:1 waters with salt and sugar.
2. To cut herring with cubes and to mix with mustard and 1 tsp of mayonnaise.
3. We spread layers
- 1 potato rubbed on large grater
- mayonnaise
- herring
- the onions which are well wrung out from marinade
- 1 potato rubbed on large grater
- mayonnaise
- carrots
- mayonnaise
- eggs
- mayonnaise
- mushrooms
- beet
Slightly to trample down salad hands and from above to draw reticulum from mayonnaise. If in fish there was caviar, it to mix with mayonnaise and to decorate salad.
4. To put in the refrigerator for impregnation for 8-10 hours.

Nuts in caramel: that can be better...

Ingredients:
- 250 g of flour
- 280 g of sugar
- 100 g of desi
- 1 egg to
- 200 g of walnuts
- 200 g of cream
- 1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation:

Stage 1.
We do dough: we mix flour with desi.

Stage 2.
We add sugar (80 g), egg, we mix. We put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Stage 3.
We take dough from the refrigerator, we allow to have a rest 30 minutes. We cut nuts. We warm oven to 180 C.

Stage 4.
We caramelize sugar (200 g) till light-brown color

Stage 5.
We throw nuts, we mix.

Stage 6.
We add cream, honey, we bring to the boil. We remove from fire. We allow to cool down a little.

Stage 7.
We divide dough into 2 parts (1 part slightly more than the second). We roll 3 mm thick. We put 1 part in form on parchment.

Stage 8.
We fill in nut high-boiled sugar mass.

Stage 9.
From above 2nd layer of dough. We bake 30-40 minutes.
