The recipe from the subscriber!

Ingredients and preparation:

Today day off, children have ordered pizza... On yeast dough time is not present therefore it is necessary to compose something fast and tasty. Having found yesterday's kefir in the refrigerator, has remembered one very simple and tasty retseptik... Frankly speaking, it is sure that I will not peddle old stuff, most likely the recipe everything it is known long ago... Who is familiar with it, I will remind those who I am not familiar-recommend to try, I assure - the result will please you

So, for dough we mix 2 glasses of kefir (it is also possible to use sour cream instead of kefir), 2 eggs, 2 ch.lozhka of sugar, 1 ch.lozhka of salt, 1/2 ch.lozhka of soda (to extinguish), 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2,5 - 3 glasses of flour... Dough has to turn out on consistence, as on fritters

On the oiled baking tray!!!! (I do not advise to use paper for pastries, from paper it will be problematic pizza to remove then)) we pour out our dough, from above we spread stuffing. It will roll a little in the test... To stuffing it is possible to make according to dough couple of zigzags of tomato sauce or adjika (to smear in our case dough will not turn out as the consistence of dough will not allow))) this time with tomato sauce it has not developed so has done without it :)

As stuffing all as always - everyone chooses on the taste that its refrigerator allows...

I had ham, mushrooms, tomatoes... Has this time decided to slice and keep tomatoes in mix from 1 tablespoon of olive oil and chesnochka... (by the way, now often I will do so - very much it was pleasant to boys))
Slightly powdered oregano, from above filled up with half of polished cheese
Has put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes then has taken out from oven, filled up with the remained cheese and has returned to oven for about 10 minutes till ruddy color...
It very quickly, is very simple and at everything thus is very tasty)) Pleasant to all!

Dough for pizza (2 pieces with a diameter of 30 cm)

Ingredients:

- 2/3 Art. of warm water;
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 h. l. sugar;
- 0,5 h. l. salts;
- 6,5 gr. yeast powder;
- 2-2,5 Art. of flour;

Preparation:

1. We mix water with olive oil;
2. We mix flour with yeast, sugar and salt in big bowl;
3. We do deepening in flour and we pour out water with olive oil there;
4. We knead not hard dough;
5. We make dough on half an hour in warm place.

When dough approaches is divided into two parts, we roll and we put ingredients to taste.
To bake about 10 minutes in oven at temperature of 250 degrees.

PS: We put cheese when pizza is already almost ready that it has simply melted, but was not baked.

BURRITO WITH HAM AND MOZZARELLA

Burrito with ham and mozzarella

Ingredients:

1 packaging of flat cakes of Tortilyas
400gr. ham
2 bulbs
0,5 cans of corn
1 red paprika
2-3 tomatoes (from banks in own juice or 2st.l. tomato paste, divorced 2st.l. waters)
0,2kg. cheese mozzarella
Salt, black pepper, Chile pepper the ground
Parsley
1 egg
2 tbsps of milk

Preparation:

Small to cut ONIONS and to fry on vegetable oil till golden color. HAM very small to chop and add to onions. To fry on average fire, periodically stirring slowly. To cut paprika with small cubes. To add corn and paprika to frying pan. Fry couple of minutes without cover, then couple of minutes under cover. Add in advance cut tomatoes (it is possible with small amount of juice) and extinguish everything a few baking plate cover. Salt, popechit. Add Chile, extinguish everything without cover a little that excess liquid was evaporated, remove from plate.
Make omelet:
Shake up egg, slightly salts and add milk, again shake up. Pour out on the warmed frying pan slightly oiled cover. In about 3 minutes slightly open cover, check readiness of omelet.
Cut in half.
Put frying pan grill (with stripes) one fire higher than average (7 of 9), oil absolutely slightly vegetable (brush).
Take flat cake Tortilla, on one half lay out omelet (it is possible to add small cut Chinese cabbage), on it put 3-4 tbsps of mix of ham with vegetables and strew all with chopped greens of parsley and polished mozzarella. Put flat cake in half and fry from 2 parties on the warmed frying pan before emergence of stripes on flat cake.

50 gr.tvyordy cheeses what to whom is pleasant
1 or 2 slices of white loaf
100 gr. boiled sausage
1 salty or fresh cucumber
1 tsps of mayonnaise (because will not be located one sandwich any more) though it is possible more who what sandwiches loves
it is a little salt and pepper on taste

Preparation:

We cut sausage on pretty slices, also we cut also cucumber. Then we mix all this with mayonnaise, we pour pepper and salt, we put it everything on bread. Cheese is grated and we strew atop. Then we put in microwave somewhere for minute. From above it is possible to strew with any zelenushechka.

- Unleavened puff pastry of 1 kg

Ingredients:
Tomatoes (in the recipe cherry grade tomatoes are used)
Olive oil
3-4 garlic gloves
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Heat oven to 120 degrees. Cut tomatoes in half. Rub them with olive oil and lay out halves on baking tray together with garlic gloves. Powder with salt and pepper to taste. Bake 2-3 hours so far they will not contract, but juice still remains.
Cool tomatoes and store in the closed capacity in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

~ 1,2 kg. chicken forcemeat
4 slices of white long loaf without crust
150 ml. milk
1 egg
1 bulb
500 gr. fresh mushrooms (I used white, it is possible to take any other to the taste). I think, it is possible to try quite and with the marinated.
2-3 garlic gloves
parsley bunch
salt
rast. oil for roasting of mushrooms
pinch of black sprinkling pepper (facultatively)

Preparation:

1. We cut onions and mushrooms on slices, we roast on frying pan with rast. oil to readiness.
2. Bread is well soaked in milk about 10-15 minutes, slightly we wring out, we add to forcemeat, carefully we mix that slices of bread did not remain.
3. We add egg, salt, pepper, everything is well mixed. We spread half of forcemeat in form (I used silicone 23 cm), we level. On it we spread mushrooms with onions. From above - the second half of forcemeat.
4. We cover form or foil and we put in warmed to 200 C oven.
5. We bake 30 minutes. Then we clean foil and we bake 10 more minutes. We take out from oven, we overturn on dish and we strew with chopped parsley.

for dough:
flour - 250g
yeast - 25g
milk - 1 glass
egg - 2
sugar - 1 tablespoon.
salt - 1/2 h. l.
vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons.

for stuffing:
olive oil - 2 tbsps.
tomato filler - 1 packaging
the mushrooms which are (small cut) - 60
gitalyansky sausages (smoked sharp) - 3 pieces
cheese pekorino (svezhenaterty) - 2 tbsps.
salt, pepper - to taste
fresh parsley - to taste.

Preparation:

Warm oven to 220C. Grease dough of one tbsp of oil. Smear dough with tomato filler and strew with mushrooms. Take sharp knife and remove skin from sausages. Chop sausages and distribute slices over layer of mushrooms. Strew with grated cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
From above water with the remained olive oil. Put in oven for 20 minutes until dough hardens and it will be reddened. Strew for ornament with grated cheese and parsley and give on table.

400 g of flour;
40 ml of vegetable oil;
1/2 h. l. salts;
20 g of fresh yeast;
240 ml of warm water.

For sauce to pizza:
300 ml of tinned tomatoes;
1 bulb;
2 garlic gloves.

Preparation:

From the specified ingredients knead soft dough that did not stick to hands, cover with towel and put in warm place that has approached.

For sauce peel onions and garlic, small cut and fry in vegetable oil. From tomatoes merge juice, crush, add to garlic and onions and protushita of 3-5 min.

Press down the suitable dough, roll in circle, grease with the received sauce, lay out on the baking tray oiled vegetable and bake in the oven warmed to 200 °C, about 15 min.

- 200 g of mushrooms,
- 200 g of hard cheese,
- 150 g of semihard cheese,
- 1 fresh tomato,
- ? bulbs,
- fresh pepper, pickled cucumbers, corn – to taste,
- mayonnaise,
- 3-4 tablespoons of ketchup or tomato sauce,
- Fresh greens – for ornament.

For dough

- 200-250 g of flour,
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil,
- salt - to taste,
- 1 tsps of yeast powder,
- 1 Art. of warm water.

Preparation

1. Knead dough. Mix flour with salt and yeast powder, then smoothly enter warm water, add olive oil and knead dough.
If to be overzealous with water and dough will turn out too liquid, add a little more flour (moderately that dough did not leave firm).
Carefully knead dough and let's it be drawn in warm place of 30-40 minutes, having covered capacity with dough towel.
2. Wash mushrooms and slice average thickness, cut onions and tomatoes rings or half rings, smoked sausages – circles. If use ham, slice it. Rub cheeses on large grater.
If mix two or more grades of cheese to taste, your pizza will turn out juicy and original. Of course, it is possible to use also one grade of favourite cheese.
3. When dough is drawn, vent it and roll thin cake layer for pizza.
Consider: dough has to be soft and air if sticks to hands – do not hurry to add a lot of flour, differently the basis for pizza when baking will turn out firm.
4. Lay out basis for pizza on the baking tray laid by paper for baking. That pizza has not burned, on paper for baking fill a little flour, and then lay out dough. Beautifully inwrap edges of future pizza.

Way of preparation:

tomato sauce:

Jar of tinned tomatoes (cut with cube) 600 gr
1 ch.l tomato paste
3-4 garlic gloves (through press),
2 Art. of l of olive oil,
2 Art. of l dried basil,

To mix all ingredients for sauce, to put in frying pan and to extinguish minutes 15-20, kneading tomatoes wooden spoon. After to add 1 ch.l tomato paste, to salt a little, to extinguish a minutes more 2 and to clean from plate, before cooling.

To divide dough into 4 parts (4 average pizzas will turn out). To roll dough it is thin, approximately as on pelmeni. To put rolled dough on the baking tray oiled vegetable. To strew with cheese mozzarella, after desi, thin layer, grated on large grater. After tomato sauce, after grated parmesan and again mozzarella. To bake in the warmed oven at 200 gr.

on dough:

Yeast powder — 2 h. l.
Warm water — 400 g
Sugar — 2 h. l.
Salt — 1,5 h. l.
Vegetable oil — 2 tablespoons.
Flour — 4 St.

and also:

Sausages from turkey — 200–250 g (or salami)
Sweet green pepper — 1 piece.
Red onions (at will) — 1 piece.
Fresh champignons — 100 g
Grated cheese parmesan
Grated cheese mozzarella

Preparation:

To dissolve yeast in warm water, to add sugar, oil, salt. To sift flour and gradually small portions to pour flour into liquid. To knead soft dough, to put in the bowl oiled vegetable, to cover with towel and to set aside for 30 minutes in warm dry place, without drafts.

Tomato sauce:

Jar of tinned tomatoes (cut with cubes) — 600 g
Tomato paste — 1 h. l.
Garlic (through press) — 3–4 cloves
Olive oil — 2 tablespoons.
Dried basil — 2 tablespoons.

To mix all ingredients for sauce, to put in frying pan and to extinguish minutes 15–20, kneading tomatoes wooden spoon. After to add 1 h. l. tomato paste to salt a little, to extinguish a minutes more 2 and to clean from plate, before cooling.

To cut circles sausage. To cut pepper, onions and mushrooms.

To divide dough into 4 parts (4 average pizzas will turn out). To roll dough it is thin, approximately as on pelmeni. To put rolled dough on the baking tray oiled vegetable. To apply with thin layer sauce from tomatoes, to strew with Parmesan cheese (about 2 tablespoons), cheese mozzarella, to put the cut sausages, pepper, mushrooms, onions and again to strew with cheese mozzarella.
To put in the warmed oven and to bake at temperature of 200 degrees, minutes 15 (depends on oven).

1 cup of tomato sauce,
1,5 cups of mozzarella,
9 slices of salami,
7 slices of ham,
1 egg,
oregano

For dough:
