Pink velvet roll
Ingredients:
For dough:
Egg - 4 pieces
Sugar - 3/4 glasses
Sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon
Buttermilk - 2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
Dye (or cherry/strawberry jam)
Flour - 1 glass
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
For stuffing:
Sugar - 1/4 glasses
Egg big (protein) - 1 piece
Desi - 100 g
Vanillin - 1/2 teaspoons
Heat oven to 180 degrees. Oil baking tray and zastepit parchment. Shake up eggs within 5 minutes. Continuing to shake up, enter sugar and sunflower oil. Then add buttermilk, vinegar, vanillin and dye. Gradually to vsypta sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Mix to homogeneous mass. Pour out dough on baking tray and evenly distribute. Bake 12-15 minutes. Powder towel with icing sugar and turn ready cake layer. Remove paper, miss the mark with cream and accurately twist roll.
For cream shake up eggs with sugar and put on water bath to full sugar remelting. Then shake up mix in the mixer and add vanillin and desi of room temperature. Shake up to homogeneous mass. Cool.
