Custard
Custard
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 tsps of vanilla
- 1,5 glasses of milk
- 2 tsps of the kindled desi
- 2 tsps of flour
Preparation:
1. Mix in pan flour and eggs, so that lumps have disappeared.
2. In other pan will boil milk and sugar, do not forget them to stir slowly.
3. Pour thin stream in milk with sugar in flour mix, intensively stir scapula.
4. Put the received cream on small fire, constantly stirring slowly, bring to desolation. Do not bring cream to the boil!
5. After that remove cream for eclairs from fire, having added to it vanilla sugar and desi. Well mix, and then snap-chill, having put in ice or cold water.
The custard can be used for eclairs or other cakes, pies, Easter cakes.
