Ingredients:

cottage cheese of 9% 400 g
flour 2 of the Art. of l
egg of 1 piece.
sugar 2 of the Art. of l
raisin of 100 g
dried apricots of 100 g
vanilla sugar of 2 g
salt to taste.

Preparation:

Will take dry cottage cheese (simplest to find such in packs), we will lay out in bowl, we will add sugar and we will mix.
Separately we beat egg white and yolk. When beating we will add salt pinch to the white.
Let's mix cottage cheese, yolk, flour and vanilla sugar.
Let's add to weight white and we will accurately mix. As a result homogeneous, dense, dense mass will turn out.
Let's add to weight the cut dried apricots and raisin and we will mix. I recommend to wet raisin and dried apricots in water for couple of hours, but it is possible to use and dry.

Ingredients:

We remove porridge from fire. We add cocoa powder, peanut butter and sugar. Properly we mix all ingredients.
We strew ready porridge with chocolate crumb. Eat on health!

200g desi

Preparation:

- 250 ml of milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 bananas

Preparation:

1. We put sponge dough: for this purpose in glass of the warmed-up milk we dissolve sugar and yeast. We add handfuls of 2 torments and we stir.

2. We put sponge dough to wander in heat until it becomes in volume of three times bigger.

3. Meanwhile bananas it is peeled also by the blender it is turned into mashed potatoes.

4. In banana puree we pour out sponge dough, we add oil and the remained flour and we knead dough.

Ingredients:
1 big orange
1/2 glasses of sugar
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Puff pastry

Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Lay baking tray paper for pastries.
Rub dried peel of orange and mix it with sugar and cinnamon.
It is thin roll dough 2-3 mm thick in long rectangle. Apply orange sugar on all surface.
Sharp knife dough on thin long strips and twist everyone in form of ready puffs (see drawing).
Repeat with all dough. From above strew ready puffs with the remained sugar. Before pastries put puffs in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes, and then send to oven for 14-18 minutes to golden-brown crust (sugar has to caramelize slightly).

Preparation:
110 g of desi of room temperature

Ingredients:
Yogurt (any taste, in the original - cherry/sweet cherry) 2 St.
Egg of 2 pieces.
Granulated sugar of 160 g
Vanilla extract of 2 tablespoons.
Salt of 1 spills.
Corn starch of 3 tablespoons.
Shortcake dough of 1 piece.

To warm oven to 175C.
To mix in big bowl yogurt with sweet cherry, frothed eggs and sugar and to shake up wooden spoon to consistence of cream.

Ingredients:

100 gr desi
200-250 gr torments

100 gr icing sugar
1 yolk

Preparation:

We fray the softened desi with icing sugar.
We add sour cream, yolk, vanilla sugar / extract, salt.
We add sifted flour in the portions, perhaps you will be limited 200 gr, but all were necessary for me 250. Dough has to be elastic and not stick to hands. It is necessary to divide dough into 2 parts: 1/3 and 2/3. Is thin to roll the most part in rectangle 15 cm wide (approximately). We cover with food wrap and we clean in the refrigerator for 1 hour. We divide smaller part into equal amount of colors of food color. We implicate dye in dough (better to do it in one-time cellophane gloves).
We roll dough in thin flagellums (we try to make them in the diameter of 0,5 cm, but here as it will turn out). We clean in the refrigerator. In hour rectangular layer of dough is greased with frothed eggs.
We cut dough on strips (in general width depends on that as it is thin you have rolled core), approximately on 2,5, and even 3 cm.
Now we put color core on strip of white dough and skatyvay. It is better to skatyvat through film (as do with rolls), then does not stick neither to table nor to fingers. We roll up densely, between core and white dough there should not be intervals. Dough quite delicate, can tear. Here that accuracy just is also necessary.
From above we grease with frothed eggs. We spread on baking tray with parchment paper.
We bake at temperature of 200 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
To allow to cool down completely, and only then it is possible to grind pencils.
But consider, pencils not from tree, slightly poskoblit them sharp knife.

- desi — 125g
- salt — 1 pinch
- egg — 2 pieces.

For cottage cheese layer:
- cottage cheese of unsalted 250 grams
- sugar to taste
- vanilla

For banana layer:
- 2-3 overripe bananas

For crumbs (optional):
- dry long loaf or cookies (to grind on crumbs), 100 grams
- desi of 30-40 grams
- sugar of 50 grams

Preparation:

1) For a start it is necessary to knead dough: to mix yeast and warm (but it is not hotter!) milk and 2 tablespoons of flour. It is good to stir and put sponge dough on minutes 15 to approach in warm place

2) At this time it is possible to cut bananas and to sprinkle them lemon juice — that have not darkened.

3) We will return to our sweet dough further: it is necessary to add sugar, salt, eggs and butter. To knead, gradually adding sifted flour. It is necessary to knead dough until it does not lag behind hands. To cover with towel and to leave in warm place for half an hour.

4) Meanwhile we will prepare cottage cheese stuffing: let's mix cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla. It is possible to add a little sour cream if cottage cheese was dryish.

Ingredients:

1 glass of milk;
30 g of desi;
2 vitelluses;
12 tablespoons of flour;
1 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
1 tablespoons of icing sugar;
30 g of compressed yeast;
vegetable oil (for frying);
salt pinch.

Preparation:

In big bowl to sift flour. To add yeast to warm milk. To mix. To cover with towel and to put in warm place for 20 minutes. In 20 minutes to add granulated sugar, salt, yolks to yeast and milk. To shake up.

To add warm (! not kindled) desi. Carefully to mix. In flour to pour in the received mix. To knead elastic dough. To cover dough with towel and to put in warm place for 40 minutes. Dough has to rise by 2-3 times. To powder table with flour, to roll dough 1 cm thick, to cut out donuts. To allow them to lie down 20-30 more minutes.

To warm oil. To fry donuts from two parties before formation of ruddy crust. Oils for frying has to be so much that the donut has been covered on half. To lay out our barmy donuts before giving on paper towel to remove excesses of oil. To powder with icing sugar.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Ingredients:

Desi of 60 g

To mix the crushed crackers, juice of lime and the kindled oil in small bowl. To mix.
To lay out weight in baking dish of pie and to press on bottom and walls, forming pie crust.
To put in the refrigerator for a while, so far prepare stuffing.
