Big Camomile salad
Ingredients:
- 400 g of boiled humpback salmon,
- 200 g of hard cheese,
- 4 eggs cooked in abrupt
- 2 pieces of readiness of carrots, boiled to floor,
- 2 pieces of onions,
- 2 pieces marinated cucumber,
- mayonnaise.
For ornament:
- tomato,
- olives.
Preparation:
1. To boil humpback salmon in small amount of water with spices. To cool and chop knife (as a last resort it is possible to take and preserved).
2. Small to cut, wash out onions in cold water and to keep waiting a little in structure - water, salt, it is a little sugar and vinegar.
3. Separately to grate carrots, cheese and eggs on large grater, and to cut cucumbers small straws.
4. To lay out salad floret on dish layers, to miss the mark each layer with mayonnaise:
1 layer - fish with onions,
2 layer - cucumbers,
3 layer - carrot,
4 layer - cheese,
5 layer - egg white,
6 layer in the center - vitellus.
5. We decorate salad with the ladybug made of half of tomato and olive.
