Orange and ginger salmon in parchment
Ingredients:
Dried peel of half of orange
Ginger (to cut or pass h / z chesnokodavilka) – 1 teaspoon
Soy-bean sauce (weak) – 3 tablespoons
Orange freshly squeezed juice – 1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 1 teaspoon
Seed sesame – 2 teaspoons
Bulb (rings)
Fillet of salmon – 4 pieces
Parchment paper
Preparation:
Heat oven to 220 degrees.
Prepare marinade. Mix dried peel and juice of orange, ginger, soy-bean sauce, vinegar, olive oil and seeds of sesame. Prepare pieces of parchment of 40 x 35 cm in size (at least – the more the better). Fold each leaf double that the exact middle was defined.
In the middle of leaf lay out vegetables (asparagus and paprika). Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of marinade vegetables, upward lay out fillet of salmon, too fill in it with marinade spoon.
Now densely close parcel, having connected both edges and having twisted them. Oil each parcel in the addition olive. Repeat with other fillets and lay out them in dish for roasting or on baking tray.
Bake 10 minutes so far parchment will not start korichnevet (that will occur because of olive oil). Get from oven and lay out on parcel on plate.
