Starfish salad

Ingredients:

300 g of red fish
150 g of cheese
2-3 eggs
2 big potatoes
2 fresh cucumbers
1 small bulb
1 large pickle
fennel
salt, pepper
mayonnaise.

Preparation:

Fresh cucumbers it is cut lengthways on 5 strips and we spread on dish in salad basis in the form of star. We cook eggs, we grate and it is accurately spread over cucumbers. Onions are small cut and we spread from above. From red fish we cut off thin strips for decoration of salad, and the remained fish it is small cut and we spread the following layer. Cheese is rubbed on small grater and we spread over fish. From above we coat with mayonnaise a little. Then we spread the remains of fresh cucumbers rubbed on small grater. Potatoes are boiled and we rub on small grater, small we cut pickle and fennel, we mix all this with mayonnaise and are accurately spread by the following layer. We moisten spoon in water a little and we level potatoes. Atop we spread strips I create starfish of red fish. We decorate at will. Starfish salad is ready!
