Chocolate baumkukhen, or tree pie, with the swept-away cream

Ingredients:
Dough:
55 g of bitter chocolate
110 g of the softened desi
3/4 glasses of sugar
1 teaspoon of extract of vanilla
7 eggs, egg whites and yolks to divide
2/3 glasses of flour
3 tablespoons of starch

The swept-away cream:
160 ml are swept away
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice

The chocolate swept-away glaze:
110 g of bitter chocolate
3 tablespoons are swept away
80 ml are swept away
1/4 teaspoons of extract of vanilla
2 glasses of the sifted icing sugar

In addition for ornament:
Fresh strawberry

Preparation:
Heat broiler. In microwave kindle chocolate and cool it.

Preparation:

Cream:
- Milk - 2 glasses
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsps.
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp.
- Vanillin - 1 tsp.
- Desi - 100 g
- Walnuts - 150 g
Glaze:
- Bitter chocolate - 150 g
- Desi - 3 tbsps.
- Milk - 4 tbsps.

Preparation:
