The baked mussels
For New Year's table. The baked mussels
Ingredients:
Mussels with sinks - 1 kg
White rice - 250 g
Chain pump seaweed - 5 sheets
Soy sauce - 10 g
Mayonnaise - 70 g
Caviar of flying fish - 50 g
Separate mussels from sinks. Weld rice. Cool it and mix with soy-bean sauce.
Divide chain pump seaweed into rectangular slices of the size of mussel sink.
Mix mayonnaise and caviar. Put chain pump slice in sink, from above put rice, then mussel. Grease all with mix of mayonnaise and caviar.
Prepare so far mayonnaise will not become golden (8 minutes under grill or 12 minutes in oven at 220 degrees).
