Pork pockets breaded with mushrooms and parmesan

Ingredients:

2 pork chops without bone which are beaten off by kitchen hammer
The champignons (cut) – 1,5 glasses
Grated parmesan – ? glasses
Bread crumbs – 1-2 glasses
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil – ? tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Fry mushrooms on frying pan. Make an incision chops, having made pocket. Fill with mushrooms and grated cheese. Salt and pepper meat from both parties, roll in in bread crumbs.

2. Fry from both parties of the parties to golden crust (meat has to be fried thoroughly, and cheese to melt).
