Honey mustard sauce
Ingredients:
Granular mustard of 0,5 h. l.
Dijon mustard of 0,5 h. l.
Honey of 0,5 h. l.
Red wine vinegar of 1 tablespoon.
Olive oil of 1 tablespoon.
Salt to taste
The black pepper ground to taste
Preparation:
To mix honey with mustard. To add vinegar, to mix.
Continuing to stir slowly, pour in olive oil.
To salt and pepper.
To water your favourite salads with greens or chicken grill.
