Dry almond pie
Ingredients:
Chopped almonds – 1 glass
Bitter chocolate – 110 g
Desi – 6 tablespoons
Flour – ? glasses
Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons
Salt – ? teaspoons
Egg – 2 pieces
Sugar – the 6th tablespoons
Syrup – 2 tablespoons
Vanillin – ? teaspoon
Preparation:
Heat oven to 175 degrees. Grease bottom of round form for pie with desi and powder with almonds.
Kindle on water bath desi with chocolate, periodically stirring slowly. Remove from fire and mix to homogeneous mass. Mix flour, cocoa and salt. Shake up eggs in the mixer at average speed about 2 minutes. Gradually to vsypta also shake up sugar before its full dissolution. Add vanillin and syrup, chocolate mix. Shake up and right at the end to vsypta flour mix. Fill in nuts with dough, level surface and bake about 20 minutes. Cool and turn form that nuts have appeared above. Give.
