Fast cottage cheese pie
Egg sponge on sour cream:
2 yaytsa1/2 glass * sakhara1 glass * smetany1/2 tsp sody1 glass * muki2st.l. the kindled desi
Stuffing:
500 g tvoroga1/2 glass * sugar (or it is less, to your taste) 3 yaytsa1 semolina tbsp
* glass of 250 ml
It is possible to add to taste any berries, raisin and so forth.
(I have added vanillin to dough)

Preparation:
1. To shake up eggs with sugar (minutes 5). To add sour cream, soda, flour and the kindled desi. To knead homogeneous dough, quite liquid
Stuffing:
To shake up the mixer all components
2. Form to oil, strew with flour. To pour out dough, in the middle to lay cottage cheese stuffing on dough
3. The cottage cheese stuffing can be powdered with berries (I have put a little strawberry and has regretted then that so is not enough, it is advisable 200 to put gram) and to put in not warmed oven for 30-35 min. at 180*C.
4. To cool ready pie a little in shape. At pastries the heavy cottage cheese stuffing falls down, and the biscuit rises, forming sides.
