Pineapple pie head over heels
Ingredients:
Desi - 3 tablespoons
Refiner syrup - 3/4 glasses
Tinned pineapples - 1 bank
Walnuts
Egg - 3 pieces
Granulated sugar - 1 glass
Vanillin - 1,5 teaspoons
Flour - 1,5 glasses
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
Heat desi and grease with it form for pie.
Heat oven to 180 degrees. In bowl fill refiner syrup.
Merge pineapples, but keep juice.
Powder form for pie with refiner syrup, and from above lay out pineapple rings.
In intervals place halves of walnuts.
In bowl shake up eggs. gradually pour granulated sugar. Pour in pineapple juice and vanillin.
In separate bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry-mix to egg and mix to homogeneous mass.
Pour out dough over pineapples and bake about 45-50 minutes.
Vanilla sauce. Bring to the boil 2 glasses of cream with 1/2 glass of sugar and extract of 1 stick of vanilla.
Accurately turn pie and give with sauce. Bon Appetit
