Kosher stuffed cabbage leaves

Ingredients:
Matzo of 1 piece.
Onions of 1 St.
Olive oil of 1 tablespoon.
Raisin of 0,3 St.
Ground cloves of 0,3 h. l.
Tomato sauce of 430 g
Cranberry sauce of 450 g
Tinned tomatoes of 430 g
Salt to taste
Cabbage white 1 piece.
Ground beef of 700 g
Eggs of 1 piece.
The black pepper ground to taste

Warm oven to 175 degrees. Slightly oil form.
In big bowl crumble matzo and fill in it with hot water.
In average frying pan stew the onions cut in cubes to zolotistost.
Add raisin, carnation and extinguish some more minutes.
Pour everything into matzo. Add 230 grams of tomato sauce. Well mix.
In average bowl mix 200 more grams of tomato sauce, the cranberry sauce cut with cubes tomatoes and salt.
Well wash up cabbage and separate according to one leaf.
In the boiling water cook cabbage leaves of 3 minutes. Dry.
With matzo add forcemeat, egg, salt, pepper to bowl and well mix.
To spread approximately on quarter of glass of stuffing on each cabbage leaf and turn them.
Pour out a little sauce on form bottom. Lay out stuffed cabbage leaves. Fill in with other sauce.
Inwrap form in foil and bake 1,5 hours.
