Linguini with mushrooms, leek and bacon

Linguini with mushrooms, leek and bacon

Ingredients:
Paste of linguini – 500 g
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 1 clove
Average leek
Bacon – 100 g (strips or cubes)
Champignons – 150 g
Cream – 200 ml
Port – 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper – to taste

Preparation:
Fry onions, lay out bacon, mix, squeeze out garlic. Prepare about 2 minutes. Lay out the cut mushrooms, pour in wine and carefully mix. Close pan cover and prepare about 15 minutes, periodically stirring slowly. If sauce very dry, pour in a little water slightly to dilute.
Right at the end pour in cream, salt and pepper (do not forget that bacon initially salty – do not go too far!)
Put paste to cook al-dente in the added some salt water. Lay out the boiled paste in frying pan and properly mix in sauce. If it dryish, add a little water in which paste cooked.
Give warm.
