MERINGUE NEW YEAR'S FIR-TREES
Ingredients:
Egg (protein) - 4 pieces
Sugar - 300 g
Nonfermented tea - ? teaspoons
Pinch of food color
Multi-colored toppings for ornament
Quantity - 30-40 pieces
We put proteins in bowl, we add all sugar. We put bowl on water bath and, warming up on slow fire, at continuous stirring we bring to sugar remelting.
We remove bowl from fire. The mixer at high speed we beat whites. If you have gathered mix in spoon, have turned it and proteins have not fallen – weight is shaken up rather well.
We add dye or tea and once again we shake up before uniform coloring of weight.
We shift proteinaceous weight in pastry bag with nozzle asterisk. We put proteins in pastry bag with thin nozzle asterisk and otsazhivay on the meringue baking tray laid by parchment in the form of pyramid fir-trees. We decorate with toppings.
We put baking tray in the oven warmed to 100-110 degrees and we dry within 1,5-2 hours. If the oven heats too strongly – slightly slightly open door. Bon Appetit
