Chocolate and banana biscuit
Ingredients:
Egg – 4 pieces
Sugar – 200 g
Desi – 70 g
Bitter chocolate – 70 g
Milk – 60 ml
Boiled water – 60 ml
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Flour – 200 g
Cocoa powder – 40 g
Baking powder – 2 teaspoons
Salt pinch
Soda pinch
Stuffing:
Bananas – 500 g
Milk chocolate – 300 g
Cream for beating – 500 ml
Rum – 2 tablespoons
Preparation:
Separate yolks from proteins and shake up (yolks) with sugar to white, air state. Add boiled water, vanillin, milk, the kindled oil and the kindled bitter chocolate. Mix, vsypta sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, soda and salt. In separate bowl beat whites with salt pinch to air peaks and rub them accurately into dough. Mix carefully spoon to homogeneous mass.
Lay round form for pie paper for pastries, grease with desi and powder with a few flour. Heat oven to 180 C. Pour dough in the prepared form and bake oyeolo 40 minutes. As soon as pie has cooled down, cut it lengthways on three equal cake layers.
For stuffing turn bananas into mashed potatoes, add to them rum and the kindled chocolate. Shake up cream very carefully and enter them into the main banana weight.
Put this stuffing between layers and on all surface of biscuit outside.
Note: it is possible to mix warm milk with rum and to impregnate each layer with this mix before putting stuffing. The biscuit will become more wet.
