Alyonka salad
Ingredients:
750 g of champignons
400 g of crabsticks
5 hard-boiled eggs
4 fresh cucumbers
mayonnaise
parsley greens
1-2 pieces of onions
Preparation:
1. To roast mushrooms with onions. To cut cucumbers with cubes. Crabsticks - straws and eggs - cubes
2. To mix everything, to salt, add parsley
3. To dress with mayonnaise
