Cod in tomato sauce with prunes
Ingredients:
Onions of 1 piece.
Vegetable oil of 2 tablespoons.
Balsam vinegar of 2 tablespoons.
The ground tomatoes of 800 g
Water of 130 ml
Cod of 1 kg
Prunes of 180 g
Rosemary of branch of 3 pieces.
Salt to taste
Small we chop onions. On frying pan we warm 2 tbsps of vegetable oil and we fry onions to translucent state, about 5 minutes.
We pour in vinegar and we extinguish 30 seconds.
We put in stewpan the crushed tomatoes together with juice (it is possible to chop in the blender for more homogeneous consistence) and we add waters. We bring to the boil.
We put the cod cut on small slices, prunes and rosemary in stewpan. We salt to taste. We hold on the minimum fire about 15 minutes, to readiness of fish.
We give in warm look.
