Porridge dried fruits

Porridge dried fruits

Ingredients:
Oat flakes - 3 glasses
Nuts (black foxes) - 1,5 glasses
Pumpkin sunflower seeds - 3/4 glasses
Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoons
Cardamom - 1/8 teaspoons
Egg (protein) - 1 piece
Salt - 1/2 teaspoons
Maple syrup - 3/4 glasses
Olive oil - 1/3 glasses
Dry cherry - 1/2 glasses



Small cut nuts.


Mix flakes, nuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and cardamom.


Beat egg white with salt. Add maple syrup and olive oil.


Mix dry ingredients with gas station.


Lay out on baking tray thin layer. Also bake about 20-25 minutes, stirring slowly with each 5 minutes.


Shift ready porridge in plate, add dried cherry and give with yogurt or milk.
