Chocolate pie without pastries
Ingredients:
Cream:
- 500 gr. powdered milk or children's mix,
- 5 tablespoons of cocoa (it is possible more),
- 250 gr. the softened desi,
- glass of water,
- 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Preparation:
To mix milk and cocoa, to add oil and to vent before formation of lump. To put water and sugar on fire and without bringing to the boil to dissolve it. To cool syrup and then gradually pouring in chocolate paste to vent cream. Cream has to it will turn out dense soft-textured without lumps.
The cake requires 4-5 packagings of usual cookies to tea.
We cover form (it is desirable not round) film and we spread the first layer liver. Farther cream, again cookies, etc. we put pie in the refrigerator for hardening.
