Puff cheese rolls and meat
Ingredients:
- puff pastry (400 g)
- cheese firm and soft (100 g)
- meat (I had gammon, 100 g)
- egg
- sesame (3 tablespoons)
Preparation:
1. Usual puff pastry from shop. We defreeze. We roll. We cut on rectangles. or squares.
2. We put slice of meat and slice of cheese on everyone (I have put 1 slice firm, parmesan, and 1 – tilziter).
3. We turn and fasten edges.
4. We spread on the baking tray laid by baking paper. We grease from above with egg and we strew with sesame.
5. We put in oven for 20 minutes (temperature – 180 degrees, approximately).
