Chocolate beaters to tea
Ingredients:
for 10 - 12 portions
For chocolate pancakes:
- milk - 1,5 - 2 glasses
- egg of 2 pieces
- soda 1\2 ch.l
- cocoa - 3 Art. of l
- flour,
- vegetable oil
- desi
For stuffing:
- cottage cheese - 400 gr
- sour cream - 4 Art. of l
- sugar, vanilla sugar or vanillin on knife tip (it is possible to use icing sugar instead of sugar)
Preparation:
1. We will warm up milk that it was warm, we will add eggs, soda, 1\3 glasses of vegetable oil, we will mix everything, we will add cocoa and again we will mix. Then we enter thin stream flour. Dough has to be on consistence as it is swept away. We bake pancakes with a diameter of 20 - 24 cm, ready greasing everyone with desi.
2. Cottage cheese is mixed together with sour cream, sugar and vanillin we try to mix so that there were no cottage cheese grains, and homogeneous mass has turned out.
3. We take ready pancake, plentifully we grease it with cottage cheese stuffing and we twist tubule, in such a way we do other pancakes. We put on plate and we send to the refrigerator, about an hour for hour that the cottage cheese stuffing has grabbed.
4. Then we get, we cut small columns. On plate in which we will give, we put the dense swept-away sauce, sauce from the frozen berries ground with icing sugar jam, jam fruit - who that prefers and we establish our beaters. Bon appetit!
