Potato in Italian
Ingredients:
Potatoes red small 1000
Olive oil of 4 tablespoons.
The onions (chopped) 4 tablespoons.
The garlic (crushed) 1 h. l.
Dried rosemary of 1 h. l.
Thyme of dried 0,2 h. l.
Sage of dried 0,2 h. l.
Pepper of black ground 0,5 h. l.
Salt of 0,2 h. l.
Warm oven up to the temperature of 200C. Wash potatoes. Cut potatoes in cubes the size 2,5kh2,5sm. Oil baking tray or lay it foil.
Shift potatoes in bowl, water it with olive oil, add the crushed onions and garlic. Mix.
Then add spices: rosemary, thyme, sage, pepper and salt.
Again mix potatoes and send it to oven for 25-30 minutes. It has to be soft with crisp inside.
