Gentle squid in the swept-away sauce
Ingredients:
2-4 carcasses of squid
2 tbsps are swept away
1 tbsps of flour
1-2 tbsps of desi.
Salt and black pepper
It is a little boiled water in teapot.)
Preparation:
Squids to defreeze, clear of entrails. To put in the boiling added some salt water literally for about 2-3 minutes, - until they do not turn white and the skin will not be curtailed! To pull out from water, to allow to cool down a little. To clean off knife the remained curtailed skin. To cut carcasses thin strips.
To put frying pan on fire when it well is warmed, to put desi, to allow it to thaw and pour out there squids. Quickly to fry them on big fire (about 2 minutes) periodically mixing. Slices of squid have to be curtailed, liquid (if was) to be evaporated. We strew all with flour and quickly we mix, we allow flour to be fried a little (seconds 10-20), then we spread sour cream and we add boiled water so almost to cover squids, we diminish fire, we cover. We extinguish for about a minute, then it is a little necessary to salt, well to pepper, mix and extinguish still for about a minute. We switch off the furnace, it is READY!
Very tasty with mashed potatoes on garnish and as snack, as independent dish! I love it both hot and cold! Try also you!)
