New Year's recipes - Mimosa Salad
Ingredients:
Eggs - 3 pieces
Potatoes - 130 g
Salt - 1 teaspoon
The humpback salmon preserved in own juice - 200 g
Mayonnaise - 80 g
Cheese of firm grades - 50 g
Onions silvery - 100 g
Apples - 1 piece
Parsley - 30 g

At first boil eggs in the abrupt. Also boil potatoes in uniform, in the added some salt water. For the recipe only 2 average potatoes there are enough.
From fish merge all juice and rastolchit her fork.
If is not present special formochek for roasting of cookies, it is possible to make them of foil. Cut 5 strips of foil 7?10 cm wide. Curtail everyone into length 1,5-2 cm wide, (4?5 turns). To connect the ends with an overlap.
Display layer behind layer, everyone on 2 mm. the 1st layer - fish which from above is coated with small amount of mayonnaise (teaspoon floor on each formochka). the 2nd layer spread polished potatoes and again grease with small amount of mayonnaise.
Small chop bulb and besides from it spread out half on formochka (the 3rd layer).
Further lay out layer of egg white and grease it with mayonnaise
Peel apple and rub half on small grater. Spread out the following layer in forms.
From above apples spread out layer of grated cheese and again mayonnaise
And rub with final layer from above vitellus
Put salad for couple of hours in the refrigerator. Then get and clean foil. Salad can be decorated with parsley
