Ingredients:

two chicken fillet
skewers
marinade:
juice of half of lemon
couple of tablespoons of olive oil
salt, pepper, seasonings

Preparation:

To cut chicken fillet on small slices.
From lemon to squeeze out juice, to add olive oil, salt, pepper, seasonings. It is possible to add onions if love.
To pickle meat for couple of hours. After to string on skewers and to fry on well warmed frying pan to readiness.
Or bake your shish kebabs in oven, warm it to 200 degrees and do not forget to overturn shish kebab.
To give with vegetables and greens, your favourite sauces will also approach.

Secrets of preparation of such myask:

1. it is necessary to prepare in roasting sleeve.
2. on onions pillow. And onions have to be marinated. It most of all also impacts to meat relish of shish kebab.

Ingredients:

Pork
Onions
Spices

Preparation:

Meat best of all turns out slices. I tried steaks - not so tasty.

To beat off slices of meat. I cover with food wrap. I beat off strongly. Then I skim, I pepper, I salt and once again slightly I beat off.

Then I put meat in bowl, I fill spices for shish kebab. I cut one bulb small slices and with force I rumple in bowl with meat.
I leave to be pickled for about 2 hours.
For hour before preparation separately from meat I pickle onions.
I cut onions half rings. I pour out in bowl. I fill in with boiled water. I pour in 3-4 tbsps of vinegar, 2 tbsps of sugar, I salt. It is possible to pour in lemon juice still.

So, we start the main preparation.

We warm oven. I bake on the maximum temperature.

On baking tray I spread paper for roasting. I cut off sleeve on length slightly bigger, than baking tray. On the one hand I tie.

In sleeve we spread onions. Carefully we distribute it on sleeve bottom.

From above on onions we spread meat. With pickled onion we do not mix. We tie other end of sleeve. Also we do some punctures from above in sleeve.
We put in oven and we bake about 1 - 1,5 hour. Depends on oven. Meat has to be slightly fried. We get and spread on dish. Onions turn out too very tasty!
