Vanilla cookies
Ingredients:
Flour of 1,7 St.
Salt of 0,2 h. l.
Desi of 180 g
Sugar of 120 g
Vanilla in pods of 1 piece.
To warm oven to 175C. To lay big baking tray parchment.
To mix in small bowl flour with salt, to put aside.
To shake up in mixer bowl oil with sugar up to the magnificent weight.
To scrape off vanilla bean seeds, to add to oil mix, to shake up.
Gradually to add flour mix, shaking up to homogeneous mass.
It is possible to add to dough before pastries:
1. 0.5 cranberry glass with 1 h. spoon of almond extract;
2. 0.5 glass of chopped black fox with 1 h. spoon of maple extract;
3. 120 grams of white chocolate with 1 h. spoon of spices.
To put piece of food wrap on land surface, from above to lay out dough, to create log with a diameter about 5 cm, to wrap film and to put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
To get dough from the refrigerator and to slice the 5-6 mm thick. To put on baking tray at distance 5-6 mm.
To bake 11-12 minutes until edges start being reddened.
To get cookies from oven and to cool.
Note:
The vanilla bean can be replaced with 1.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
