Gentle poppy pie
Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry
- 100 g of poppy
- 1 tsps of semolina
- 125 g of milk
- 2 tbsps of sugar
Filling:
- 250 g are swept away (from 20%)
- 3 tbsps of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packaging of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsps of flour (not necessarily)
Pie turns out really very gentle, with crunchy dough at the edges. Very much tasty! Dough can be made and sand, but it was pleasant to us with puff more.
We roll puff pastry of room temperature, we spread in form and we do high sides. We do having pinned fork much
We send form to the oven warmed to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Poppy is crushed in the coffee grinder and we mix with semolina. We heat milk (we do not bring to the boil), we add semolina, poppy and sugar and constantly stirring slowly, we cook on slow fire of 5 minutes.
We cool poppy filling and we spread on dough.
Now we will prepare filling. For this egg we mix with sugar, we add sour cream, vanilla sugar and it is carefully mixed we (do not shake up).
At this stage it is possible to add 1 tsp with flour hill if you wish more fine texture of upper layer of stuffing. On poppy filling we pour out filling and we put in oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready pie is cooled and it is possible to give.
