Imperial jam from gooseberry

Ingredients:

Large green immature gooseberry - 5 glasses,
Sugar - 1 kg,
Cherry leaf - 2 glasses,
Water - 3 glasses,
Chishchenny walnut - 2 glasses

Way of preparation:

To exempt berries of gooseberry from fruit stems, flowers, accurately to make an incision and take from nickname pulp with stones, trying to keep integrity of berry. To fill in 1 glass of cherry leaf with water, to bring to the boil and to cook on slow fire of 3-5 minutes, to watch that water remained green. To filter, fill in berries, to postaviit for 24 hours per cold spot. To prepare the second glass of cherry leaves as follows - to remove rough parts, to divide each leaf into 4 parts. From berries to merge cherry broth and to put in each berry on slice of cherry leaf and slice of walnut, to sprinkle berries vodka. To add sugar to the filtered broth and to cook on small fire syrup about 15 minutes (to watch that has not turned pink!). In ready syrup to pour out berries and to cook 15 minutes. IMPORTANT! - Very much to snap-chill! - to keep green color
