Paella in Spanish
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh of 8 pieces.
The paprika ground 20 g
Salt of 40 g of Chorizo of 4 pieces.
Onion of 1 piece.
Garlic 6 tooth.
The ground tomatoes of 430 g
Oregano of 1 spills.
Parsley of 1 h. l.
Saffron of 1 h. l.
Rice jasmine of 4 St.
Mussels of 500 g
In bowl to mix chicken thighs, to add spices. Chatelno to mix everything, then put bowl aside that chicken has become impregnated with spices.
To add olive oil to pan and to put on slow fire. To throw there the pickled chicken, to prepare within 8 minutes, then to turn and prepare 4 more minutes.
To add small cut chorizo and to fry 4-5 minutes. Then to shift chorizo to plate and to put aside.
To throw onions and garlic and to fry until become soft. To add tomatoes and oregano. Chatelno to mix everything. To prepare about 6 minutes. To add parsley and saffron. To season with salt.
To add rice, it is good to mix everything. To prepare on slow fire, from time to time mixing.
Approximately in 12 minutes to add chicken and chorizo. Then to add mussels, to prepare somewhere 20 minutes, but be attentively, do not digest. As soon as mussels start opening remove from fire. Those mussels which have not revealed should be thrown out. It is better hot to give.
