Dutch roll
Ingredients:
- packaging of puff pastry
- ham; tomato
- cucumber pickles
- cheese
- mustard
- egg
- spices and
- herbs: black sprinkling pepper, oregano, marjoram, basil.
Preparation:
We roll dough and we grease with mustard.
Cheese we rub, we cut tomato, ham and cucumbers small cubes.
We spread stuffing strip in the middle of dough: at first cheese, then all the rest and again cheese.
We strew with pepper and very few herbs.
We turn roll and it is accurately shifted to baking tray.
We grease rolls with crude egg - for golden color, and plentifully we strew with herbs - for aroma.
To bake to readiness.
Possible variations:
ham can be replaced with any other meat product which has appeared at you near at hand: sausage of any kind, even sausages.
At big desire it is possible even to replace it with slices of the fried meat, chickens, - that will wish some pork.
Tomato is perfectly replaced with paprika.
But it is possible and to integrate remarkably them in one roll. The main thing - to keep mustard and marinated cucumbers in the recipe - they create juicy charm of this roll.
