Honey sticks Chak-chak
Ingredients:
2 eggs
soda and salt on knife tip
flour
honey
sugar
preparation:
1. On frothed eggs to mix the unfermented dough, to roll it in layer 0,5 cm thick.
2. To cut thin tapes, to cut tapes across on small slices.
3. To fry sticks in melted butter. To weld thick syrup from water, sugar and honey (to cook on slow fire, stirring slowly until mix becomes tyanuchy), to cool to 70 degrees and to connect to sticks on plate, creating in the form of hill.
