Ratatouille
Ingredients:
Vegetable marrow (young) — 1 piece
Eggplant — 2 pieces
Tomato — 3 pieces
tomato sauce — 1 pack.
Onion — 0,5 pieces
Garlic — the 3rd tooth.

Preparation:
We wash all vegetables. We cut eggplants ringlets. We salt that the eggplant has let out bitter juice. Too we cut vegetable marrows and tomatoes ringlets, we salt.
Now sauce: we pepper tomato sauce, we season with spices. We add small cut garlic and onions, well we mix. Deep form it is densely greased with tomato sauce and we start spreading. I put ringlets of vegetables vertically. Generally it is necessary to put them slightly obliquely. We cover with foil and we bake in oven to readiness at temperature about 150 degrees.
