• 120 g of cheese mozzarella
• 1 small paprika
• 1 average tomato
• parsley, salt, pepper - to taste

Preparation:

To part yeast in milk, to add sugar, salt, oil, egg, flour and to knead dough.
To cover and place in the refrigerator minimum for 3 hours.
The suitable dough (volume increases twice) to get dough from the refrigerator and to allow it to stand about an hour at the room temperature.
In hour to roll dough in circle 0,6 cm thick. Having receded from edge of 3,5 cm, around to lay out the trout strips cut 2,5 cm thick, to cover with dough from edges and it is good to close up seam.

Preparation:
