Flower salad
Ingredients:
- 200 g of crabsticks,
- 50 g of rice noodles,
- 3 eggs,
- 1 pieces bulb,
- 1/2 Bang. tinned corn,
- mayonnaise.
For ornament:
- 1 fresh cucumber,
- 2 eggs boiled
- red part of crabsticks.
Preparation:
1. To boil rice noodles and to allow to cool down. Eggs to shake up, fry omelet and to cut it straws. To cut crabsticks with straws, onions - small cubes.
2. Then to connect everything and to mix, salt and dress with mayonnaise. To lay out on dish and to strew on edge - grated yolk, in the center - grated protein.
3. We decorate salad further and we do florets:
florets - the crabsticks cut with straws,
stalks and leaves it is cut out from cucumber.
