New potato with smoked salmon in light sauce with fennel
Ingredients:
Ground potatoes – 400 g (baby potatoes)
The Greek yogurt (or nonfat sour cream) – 125 ml
Garlic – 1 clove
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Salt and sprinkling pepper – to taste
Fennel – 1 handful
Green onions
Smoked salmon – 170 g (cut on thin strips)
Preparation:
Wash up and boil potatoes. While potatoes cook prepare sauce, having mixed yogurt, lemon juice, squeeze out garlic glove, salt and pepper. Mix and add half of amount of fennel.
Merge potatoes, slightly cool. Lay out potatoes and salmon, powder with the remained fennel and the cut onions. Fill in with the prepared sauce and give.
