Ingredients:

Crabsticks - 200 g.
Cucumber - 1 piece.
Boiled egg - 4 pieces.

Preparation:

Crabsticks it is cut by small slices.

WARM SALAD WITH ASPARAGUS AND MUSHROOMS

Warm salad with asparagus and mushrooms

Warm salad with asparagus and mushrooms

Ingredients:
Desi – 20 g
Garlic – 1 clove which is (small cut)
Leek – 2 pieces (small cut)
Green asparagus – 180 g (to cut lengthways)
Mushrooms – 180 g (cut)
Olive oil – 6 tablespoons
White wine vinegar – 3 tablespoons
In addition:
Bread

Heat frying pan on average fire and fry onions and garlic to soft state. Lay out the cut mushrooms and prepare 3-4 more minutes. Lay out asparagus and pour in a little water. Close frying pan cover and extinguish 3-4 minutes to readiness of asparagus.
Salt to taste.
Prepare gas station, having mixed olive oil with vinegar. Shake up properly, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

250 gr sheep cheese

14 tablespoons of flour

Preparation:

It is good to shake up kefir with eggs and soda. To add the sheep cheese wiped through large grater, oil and flour. It is good to mix, lay out everything in form and to bake in oven at 200C till golden color of 25-30 minutes. Readiness to check toothpick. To give hot, with heat heat.

Preparation

• We cut chicken fillet straws or we sort on fibers.

• We cut straws cucumbers.

• We cut greens.

• We cut straws carrots.

• We cut eggs, having left one yolk, it still is useful to us.

• We do gas station: the yolk is pounded, we mix with mustard. We add oil to the received weight and everything it is carefully mixed.

• Further we mix all components of salad, we add gas station and once again all it is carefully mixed. We spread in salad bowl and we give to table.

Onions, carrots
Potatoes, paprika
Fish
Pepper, cheese, tomatoes
Fennel, parsley

Preparation:

To oil form the vegetable.
1st layer potatoes.

The 3rd layer of the onions cut with half rings
4th layer of carrots, grated on grater

Preparation:

To grate carrots on large grater, to cut pepper straws, meat – cubes. To pass garlic through press, to crush greens. To fry carrots and pepper on rast. oil of 5-7 min. to add garlic, to mix and prepare 2 more min. To connect meat to vegetables, to add greens, to dress all with mayonnaise, to mix. To spread out the received weight in tartlets.

Ingredients:

- Pork fillet - 700 g
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Egg - 2 pieces
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Cream - 1 glass
- Salt - to taste
- The black pepper ground - to taste
- Sunflower oil - 40 g

Preparation:

Let's begin with preparation of stuffing from mushrooms and onions. For this purpose on moderate fire warm frying pan from 2-3 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Peel onions and cut it on 1/4 circles, roast before acquisition of golden shade. Do not forget to stir slowly from time to time.

Wash out and peel champignons, then cut in cubes. When onions are ready, add the cut mushrooms to frying pan. Fry everything together even minutes 10-15, periodically stirring slowly. Mushrooms will decrease in the amount of and will start up juice — when it evaporates, the frying pan can be removed from plate.

Pour out frying pan contents in bowl. Clean the cooked eggs, cut them and add here.

Add grated cheese.

Properly mix everything, add salt and black pepper to taste. The stuffing is ready.
Now we will prepare meat. Cut pork on pieces slightly less than 1 cm thick. Salt each piece from both parties and beat off hammer for meat so that it was rather thin and big to inwrap in it stuffing.
