Banoffi pie
Ingredients:
Basis:
Crumb from cookies – 2,25 glasses
Desi – 110
Sugar – 3 tablespoons
Stuffing:
The kindled desi – 110 g
Refiner syrup – ? glasses
Vanillin – 2 teaspoons
Concentrated milk – 300 ml
Whipped cream – 2 glasses
Icing sugar – 3 tablespoons
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Ripe banana – 4 pieces
Preparation:
Heat oven to 190 degrees. Mix all ingredients for basis, stamp them at the bottom day of round form. Bake 8-10 minutes to golden-brown crust. Completely cool.
