The baked potato
Ingredients (for 6 portions):
12 potatoes
6 tablespoons of the desi softened to room temperature
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 h. l. salts
3 garlic gloves
1 h. l. pepper
Preparation:
1. To oil frying pan for roasting olive and to rub with garlic. To put aside.
2. Then to grate garlic on small grater, to mix with desi, salt and pepper.
3. To wash up potatoes, but not to clean (to choose equal potatoes).
4. To boil potatoes in the added some salt water to incomplete readiness.
5. To allow potatoes to cool down and cut a little on thin slices, not dorezy up to the end.
6. To oil and bake in oven at 180C within 30 minutes.
